Control Units trainee programme

Wanted: control experts with an understanding of relationships within the context of (banking) law

What you can expect

After completing your trainee programme, you will start out as a Junior Auditor, Junior Desk Officer Compliance or Junior Desk Officer for Information Security, taking responsibility for contract entry, loan disbursement and administration of our loan commitments.

How your trainee programme is designed

We place you in various departments during your 15-month trainee period to give you a good idea of what your future field of activity will entail.

What we expect of you:

  • You have a degree in law, economics or science (state examinations, diploma or master’s degree) or a business-oriented degree with a focus on (business) computer science or similar qualifications, ideally with a focus on information security
  • You have an affinity for the interrelationships of the financial industry; you are motivated by complex issues with regard to (banking) law
  • You enjoy working on and developing control-relevant IT systems and can confidently handle Excel
  • You have already acquired experience abroad
  • You have very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You are passionate and can inspire others with your enthusiasm
  • Personal initiative is one of your strengths – you find solutions where others only see problems
