KfW IPEX-Bank, Helaba and KDB finance A320s for CDB Leasing

CDB Leasing secured financing from KfW IPEX-Bank, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and The Korea Development Bank for the refinancing of 4 Airbus A320 aircraft. The aircraft are subject to long-term leases with the Hungarian carrier Wizz Air Hungary. The financing was structured as a commercial term loan facility.

KfW IPEX-Bank, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and The Korea Development Bank are acting as Lead Arrangers of the transaction, while KfW IPEX-Bank is also acting as Agent, Security Trustee and Global Coordinator.
