KfW IPEX-Bank participates in EUR 500 million increase for VTG

VTG GmbH has increased existing funding. It has signed a new EUR 500 million financing agreement with an international consortium of banks, with a maturity of 5 years. KfW IPEX-Bank is involved in the increase and, as a long-standing business partner of VTG, continues to act as Facility Agent.

The increase will allow Europe's largest private car hire and rail logistics company to expand its growth path. With this financing, KfW IPEX-Bank supports the transfer of transport from road to rail and contributes to decarbonisation in the transport sector.
